Nabixx Residence boasts of 24 hours electricity supply to majority of the appliances and all the lighting units. Each of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan and a wardrobe with a mirror. The living room has an oscillating table fan and a stand fan.

The bathroom has a water tank with hot and cold water supply for your showers.  There is a hand washing sink in both the toilet and the shower room.  The former also has a bidet.

The kitchen cabinets are made from locally sourced wood and by a local carpenter.  There is also installed a four hob stove with a grill and an oven.  As well, there is an electric kettle, a fridge freezer and a microwave.  Cutleries, cups and plates are supplied. 

And NEW for this 2025 - 2026 season are: all yard tiled with detailed broken tiles, a new larger Gazebo and two new backup power batteries.  Installed also are more Solar Lights around the fence perimeter and more Solar Security Cameras. Netflix is now available at no extra cost.  All for our esteem customers.

Two grassed areas have been developed if you choose to sunbathed there or just relax on the sun lounger.

Towels and linen are supplied for the bedrooms. Bed sheets are changed weekly when the cleaner visits on one of their two weekly visits.
